Ava August was 14 when she was performing at Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles before a SOLD packed audience. The Los Angeles Kings were playing professional hockey. Ava August was recruited and scheduled to perform by the Los Angeles Dodgers and L.A. Galaxy Professional soccer and baseball teams respectively, but COVID-19 pandemic resulted in cancellations of these performances. Ava August was the youngest performer on American Idol's 19th season aged 15. Ava was awarded the GOLDEN TICKER at the Audition Round.
