Dina is originally from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she relocated into Dix Hills on Long Island shortly before finishing her junior year. Dina Meyer is the sister of two brothers. Gregory is her brother who is older and Evan is her younger brother. From the age of nine up to 16, she started working in the entertainment business by acting. Her acting career began at The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was studying Sanford Meisner's methods alongside Ron Stetson for three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the actors to receive this kind of training. When she moved to Los Angeles, she got her first part in Beverly Hills, 90210. Her first role was in Johnny Mnemonic. She did every stunt in this film, which established her as an athlete actress. Through her agent who also manages Matt LeBlanc she scored a role as a guest star on Friends.
